Projects...

here are a few sneak peaks at the projects we've been working on lately. I say "we" a little loosely as i've  also been doing quite a lot of this ;)

first project: lots of sanding, dust and more coats of paint than we expected

2nd project: giving a comfy old chair a lovely new look

wouldn't have been possible without the help of 2 great friends!

BOY!!!

Will's a happy camper- dreaming of bunk beds, wrestling and sword fights. Poor baby will enter a world full of high expectations. :)

bday party and pbj

Will and the girls had a great time at our friend Caroline's 2nd Birthday Party. Caroline and her wonderful parents moved here when she and our 2 girls were just a few months old. They've all become sweet little friends.

what happened to "smooth" and "flat" ?

Last night while i was giving Will a hug, he looked up and asked, "is this Daddy's sweatshirt?" i told him it wasn't. Then he said kinda slowly, "cause you just look big..." then he patted my tummy and continued, "... it just used to be flat and smooth...." Ummm, BABY, hello?!  Although i really couldn't be too mad, the fact that apparently he remembers my tummy to be "smooth and flat" (HA!) at one time is just awesome and I'll happily hang on to that portion of his observations. ;)

I'm about 19 weeks which means in a week or so we'll hopefully find out what we're having! Andrew and i haven't discussed names once so this little baby better cooperate so we can start on it! :)
